the birthday girl needs a special outfit to wear on her big day :)
the skirt is just a simple circle skirt, using some fabric i had already, along with 2 layers of sparkly tulle on top that i bought. the top... i had no pattern, i just sort of made it up as i went along! haha! the Batman logo on the shirt was made from yellow felt and some of the extra fabric i used for the top, then sewn together.
