- 3 Ripe Banana(s) (mashed with a fork)
- 2 Egg(s)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 60 gram Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. LIne a muffin tray with 12 muffin liners.

Melt Butter in a small saucepan. Set aside to cool.

Sift Flour. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.

Using a whisk, Lightly beat milk, eggs and butter together. Add to dry ingredients. Add bananas. Using a wooden spoon, gently mix ingredients until just combined. Still in chocolate chips.
Don't beat the mixture or the muffins will be tough.

Spoon the mixture evenly. Bake for 20minutes. Cool for 3 minutes.
