Step 1Heat oven 220 degrees.
Coat chicken in oil, oregano, Basil, salt & pepper.
Place in dish.

Step 2Mix together vinegar & sugar.
Pour over the chicken.

Step 3Add tomato, garlic & onion to the dish.
Bake for 25-30 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Step 4Sprinkle with cheese.
Allow to melt.
