so all u need to do is cut circles. on the fabric, u can draw them on so u can fallow the pattern. than you also have to make sure it will fit the babys foot . than make at least four cirlces per foot that way it has some cushion in it lol uhm than u sow all around it after that u make sure u get the top of the circle and cut a line down the middle so the feet go in . than on the cut u made all around the rim u dow with a cuff u make from another fabric or the same u can also cut slits and put a ribbon in on it to tighten the bootie.
