Bottle: Mix the food colouring & water together until desired colour.Put the liquid in the bottle until desired amount.Put some glue beside cork and close the bottle(The cork will never open again!)
'Drink Me' Tag: Put the tea bag that is still wet with tea on the paper for a vintage look(Check to see if it looks brownish).When its in the right brown colour for you, put it away to dry.When it's dry,make it look a BIT worn out then write 'Drink Me' on the paper with your pen.Next,put transparent varnish on the tag but make sure the ink is dry.When the varnish on both sides is dry, use a needle to poke a hole beside the tag and put the tea bag thread through the hole and tie around the bottle neck.Then put a jump ring at the tea bag thread.
