You Will Need

Step 1Grab some cardboard, you can use a cereal box or any cardboard you have laying around.

Step 2Draw some petals, I made a template and traced it but you don't have to be too fussy.

Step 3Cut them out. :-)

Step 4Get some scraps of fabric big enough to cover your petals.

Step 5Pin and sew your fabric petals, I used 12 but you could use as many as you want.

Step 6Sew them together in a circle or cut out a circle of felt and glue them down.

Step 7Add next layer of petals on top, I made these slightly smaller so they'd not cover the layer underneath.

Step 8Add your centre buttons, I covered one of them in one of the fabrics and glued it on top.

I'm sorry I don't have a picture for this step but cut out a circle of felt and glue to the back. Add you safety pin or brooch back.

Step 10Here's another one I made using around 30 petals.
