• 

  Step 1

  Print out the template onto paper and cut out the shapes.

• 

  Step 2

  Trace around the hat and wand templates onto black shrink plastic and the rabbit and tip of the wand onto white shrink plastic.

• 

  Step 3

  Carefully cut these out.

• 

  Step 4

  Punch a hole at either side of the hat.

• 

  Step 5

  Shrink down in the oven until small.

• 

  Step 6

  Press with a book until cool.

• 

  Step 7

  Use jewelry glue to stick the ears to the hand and the tip to the wand.

• 

  Step 8

  Stick the wand to the hat and attach a jump ring through both holes.

• 

  Step 9

  Slip onto a necklace chain and you're all done.
