5 Minute Microwave Mug Brownies

  • Completed Project: 5 Minute Microwave Mug Brownies Picture #1

Dangerously fast brownies

YUM. Super fast brownies. You could also add nuts, chocolate chips, etc. if you wanted. Or with cake mix. Or BOTH. Double yum! :D It would be an explosion of brownie-cake-nutty-chocolate chip goodness! What better way to get fat quick? ;P

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients in a coffee mug.
    [Flour, sugar, Nesquik, baking powder]

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Mix in oil and water.

  3. Step 3

If you're using chocolate chips, nuts. etc. mix them in now.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Microwave for 2 minutes. Make sure you watch it! Besides the fact that it looks really cool, you don't want it to overflow and make a mess.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Eat it straight from the mug or put it on a plate and enjoy. :]

Note: It's REALLY hot when it comes out of the microwave. I burned myself the first time. :P

D: Oh no!
Maybe you need more water? Or microwave for less time? I don't know.
Hopefully it works next time. :P

I tried it again and it worked. Not all of the batter was done and edible, but it was okay. :P

:( I guess at least it's good that it was somewhat better. I hope you manage to figure it out though!

Oh my goodness, I just tried this! As for taste, I give it a 4/5, could be more chocolatey, Texture's a BIT crumbly, but still very soft and yummy....and the smell it made in my kitchen made my family think I was cooking laundry detergent BUT I can ignore the smell because it's still pretty darn tasty. Thanks for this recipe :D
