start out with clean lips.

add liquid foundation

add compressed powdered foundation

draw a the outline of your lil lips.
don't worry if it does not look so perfect you'll fix it in the next step

*i drew if with an eyeliner pencil :/

fill it with eyeliner / black eyeshadow / black eyebrow pencil. anything black that you have is alright

add a dab of white shiny eyeshadow on your lower lip, right above the edge

do the same on your upper lip.

you can add lip gloss if you want a smoother look..
i did it in 5 minutes just for the how-to :/
