A moist and flavorful meatloaf with a hint of spice.
This is a good way to make traditional meatloaf less boring. I love vegetables and lots of flavor, so I tried this and it turned out quite well. It might be even better topped with cheese instead of ketchup.

Next, knead a raw egg, bread crumbs, and your choice of spices into the ground beef in a large bowl. For spices, I used salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes.
I didn't have bread crumbs, so I just toasted a hot dog bun and crumbled it in. Improvisation!
