Inspired by www.geekcrafts.com and a load of spare time, I've decided to host my first swap

I'll decide a signup deadline and sendout date when/if enough people respond.

So what does one send in a geek swap? How about a dishcloth with R2D2 on it? Or some polymer clay Mythbusters? Be creative and go nuts

Usually the rule around here is that you do the newbie swap first so that we know you're not going to flake on us, but maybe if some vets come around we could pair you guys up with them and sort of combine the two swaps? Dunno if I'm allowed to bend the rules like that :o

Sounds good. Now that there are some people interested, I'll post some rules/guidelines.

- Signup is open until Tuesday the 1. Partners will be posted on Wednesday. (I'll do what I can to pair you up by common interests.)
- Keep in good contact with your partner. Making a new friend is half the fun.
- You should make 3 or 4 items. Talk to your partner for an idea of what they would like. If you wouldn't want to receive it, don't swap it.
- Once you receive your package, post a picture here I love seeing what people get, and not nearly enough people post

So, when do you think the sendout date should be? Is one month alright (march 2) or just three weeks (feb 23)? Of course you could always send out early. Opinions?
