Okay, I'll try and get a new run going in the new year. Maybe some fresh faces and we can start another run with just new people.

Just wanted to say this is a really cool idea. My friends and I had a composition book, in 12th grade(when we were 17-18), that I decorated with duct tape and electrical tape. I put a rubber band in the front cover, and we each submitted a baby photo of ourselves, which we slid under the rubber band. We passed it around to each other(since we had very few classes together, and no same lunch periods), writing what was going on with us, silly poems, invention ideas, etc. It was fun to just get to blurb about whatever when we had it on our minds.
A little different from your idea, but it reminded me of this.

Is that Dani M or Dani? If its Dani M I will message her and see if she's still okay. If its Dani then I'm afraid I had to take her take her off this swap as noone had seen or heard anything from her. She's also MIA from another swap.

This sounds really interesting but it seems you already have enough peps. I would definately be interested if it starts up again but I have no clue about how to make a book. It's wierd that I'm on a craft site but not that creative. But it sparked my interest at the time.

Guys I just realized I haven't seem a book in ages.Does mind still exist ? Where was it last seen or has it entered great postal system in the sky ? Would love to know.

I haven't either and I had started to resign myself to the fact that it had not been a success. I suspect it probably worked better with smaller numbers and what I probably should have done (which I can see in hindsight) is mix the newbies and existing people from first and split them into 2 groups so things circulate much quicker. If people would like to give it another go that way I'd be happy to try again. It is a nice swap and v low maintence. I think I would need to start a new thread tho as it would be complicated to attach it to this one and I would need people to sign up afresh.
