Silent Hill!

So I've been playing this recently and I LOVE IT. It's Silent Hill 2 I've actually been playing, but shush.

I just think it's so well done, and the soundtrack is wonderful. The whole time I play it I'm completely freaking out - especially when Pyramid Head shows up!

In case anyone's wondering, I'm just over four hours in, so at the bit in the hospital when you go into the other world.

Anyone else play this?

I cant remember, which one had the funky poop hole? [the hole that was in that bathroom and took you to silent hill, and then there are dogs and stuff]. This game has such good memories attached to it. I love it Happy

As far as I know, that isn't two. James DOES like to jump down holes though.

"There is a dark hole. You cannot see how deep it is, or what is at the bottom. Do you want to jump?" "NO! I FUCKING DON'T!"

Another two hours today =) Pyramid Head keeps appearing and shitting me up. I'm deep down underneath the prison somewhere now, after jumping down a ton of holes.

God yeah he terrifies me. There are some brilliant costumes for Pyramid Head. I really want Tim to dress as him for Halloween, and for me to dress as a Silent Hill nurse.

I got to the bed bits, they're so horrible, they're just people trapped in beds that rape you!

Apparently I'm about an hour from the end now; I've got to go through a hotel, fight Pyramid Head, then go through another, smaller hotel and I'm done. It's getting to the point where you start to piece together what James did.

Haha yeah, that'd be terrifying. I've finished the game now and got the normal ending.

Tim is apparently setting up something to freak me out. Two of his plans so far are:

1. Take my phone, record some static and set it as my ringtone. Wake me up with it, so I just wake up on my own in the dark, then he'll make scraping noises along the wall.

2. Take me down to the club with everyone there, suddenly turn all the lights off and lock the door, play the static noise loudly and scrape something slowly along the floor.

Even though he's told me, I know I'll freak out if he does them!

I used to play this game in the middle of the night at my friend's house. It was creepy, very well done, and overall one of my favorite games ever.

I play Silent Hill all the time.

My boyfriend likes to play it in the dark with the sound up REALLY LOUD.

I sit there like a little girl holding my ears during the scary bits.
