What is joy?

Hey crafters! Sometimes you just happen to find something awesome that makes your crafting day that much better.

So, what is joy for you?

For me, joy is finding out that my new sewing machine has a stitch pattern that effectively gets rid of my need for a serger! Happy

Joy for me is (for example) producing something that six months later I can look at and still see it almost as a work of art rather than just something to wear! It inspires me to new ideas Happy

I find Joy in making something for someone and knowing that they like it, or need it, or just makes them happy.
I get really low when I have nobody to make things for.

Joy for me is when I have to take a garment I made apart because of a fit issue, and happily discover it is well made and professionally finished.

I think joy is when I work hard on making something, then giving it to someone I care about and see them enjoy it.
