We've got a tight budget of 50-70 USD any ideas?

Looking for a turquoise color at least to the knees and needs to fit all sizes

Some times davids bridal has good prices on bridesmaids dresses online. But my mom made my brides maids dresses with matching jacket for about 40 each, if you have someone who thinks they are upto the task, lol.

have you tried ebay? or amazon? used dresses, could be longer and taken up.
