The second ones aren't even shoes, they're just leg decorations. They have nothing to protect your feet from the ground, which is exactly what shoes are for haha.

i've seen both before, and my friend made a set of her own of the frist for a play (where she played an evil witch, but we went with a sex, scary witch verses the regular green, ya, she makes her own shoes, and clothes. I jealous!!)
