Heat packs

So I'm wanting to make some heat packs and tutes on here say dry rice, what is dry rice?

It just means uncooked rice. But watch out! Occasionally mice and bugs will be attracted to this.

It is unlikely that you will get any mice or bugs, but it is slightly possible. It depends on where you live. Just get rid of it if you have problems.

You can also use buckwheat Happy and with either you can add in cinnamon sticks and/or essential oils to make them smell good when you heat them up

Alot of ppl put Lavender in them. Yeah I use wheat you can also use lentils apparently. watch out if you use scented oils cuz they can leak through the fabric and make it feel weird.
