Wings Help =S

I need to make some dark/gothic fairy wings for halloween, but all the tuturials I have found use wire coat hangers. I can't seem to find them anywhere in the shops anymore :S (I like in the UK if that helps) does anyone know what I could use instead or where I could get them from?? Thanks!!

go to walmart to the hardware section Look for this stuff its like 2-4 bucks (dont remember the price. I used the same thing for the fairy wings that I had made over a year ago.
