Looking for some awesome craft supply sites!

It seems like most craft supply stores(wether online or not)cater to an older generation of crafter--

and Im finding it a little frustrating.I know there are tons of crafters out there of my generation!

I think it is odd that craft products/books havent really changed in the past 20 years.Every time I walk into a Michaels, its basically the same junk I have seen since I was a wee kid rockin' the 80's.I get so jealous of Japan because they have the cutest craft books and projects I have ever seen, why dont we have anything like that here(North America)?Maybe I just cant find it?

If anyone has any amazing craft supply websites,or websites selling japanese crafts/craft books, please share!

Happy

I always use www.myvintagecharms.com for jewellery bits. They have some REALLY nice pieces and it's put into neat little sections. It's also reasonably priced and postage is cheap =)

I like michaels store, they seem to have everything there.

Shame you're all the way in Ontario, https://store.opusframing.com/ does however do online trading and they are an excellent store aimed for art students. Their biggest store is right beside the art college in Vancouver BC Granville Island.

AC Moore is pretty good too! I go there for whatever Michael's doesn't have! Happy And I've heard that Hobby Lobby is amazing, though I don't have one around where I am. Happy

The websites I use most often are...
1. www.shipwreckbeads.com - Great mixes at great prices.
2. www.lextrading.com - Good selection of enamel charms and even some surprise mixes.
3. www.rubbernation.com - Kim & her staff are great and they have a good selection and you get freebies with each order.
4. www.orientaltrading.com - Like Sugarlishes said, "they sell in bulk for cheap on MOST items".
5. www.beadland.com - Has deals like no one else!

That's all I can think of!
