Errrr... I think that potato flour is also called potato starch and you can find it in chinese supermarkets. That is the exact stuff they use inside. I am not sure but maybe you could use flour. We ran out since that baking experience that I won't go into... :L

I started learning when I was 10...I believe I started with the alphabet and numbers...then simple words...I know youtube has some lessons on there...so you could use that if you wanted. I learned out of a book pretty much. Then I took some classes.

Thanks so much, the tote bags you can find at wal-mart, or usually any craft store. It's just a basic canvas tote.
