Hello out there!

My name is Natalie (but most people just call me Nat). By day I'm a hardworking scientist but by night I morph into a crafting fanatic. I love needlework and sewing, and when I have the chance I attempt to bake (although my baking skills are somewhat questionable) =) . My latest obsession is knitting. I absolutely adore things that are a bit quirky and get a huge amount of enjoyment out of making crazy toys for my friends and their kids.

If you are wondering about my user name, it came about after several crafting sessions with friends. One of my friends likes to quote Blackadder and in particular the quote “A plan so cunning you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel”, which after some crafting (and a few drinks) morphed into “A plan so crafty you could pin a tail on it and call it a fox” … hence the username “CraftyFox” came about =)
