I did this repair for Christmas, and found this old Pooh at a thrift store and found that the facial features fabric very closely resembled some jean patches I had at home. I dyed appropriate cut out parts and adhered them. I added the eyes last. I also stitched up the neck and under arm. I also glued the nose back into place. :)
