this is a really nice piece of cake.
but it helps if you're good at baking.

  1. Step 1

    measure ingredients and put into mixing bowl.

  2. Step 1

    preheat oven to gas 4,350 degrees F,170 degrees C.

  3. Step 2

    mix with electric whisk.


  4. Step 4

    grease and line baking tins with margarine and baking paper.


  5. Step 5

    pour the mix into baking tins and place in heated oven and bake for 20-25 mins.

  6. Step 6

    turn it out onto a wire rack and wait until it's cooled down.

  7. Step 7

    mix 6 oz of butter with 3oz of icing sugar.mix it with a spoon until it's nice and creamy.

  8. Step 8

    spread half of the icing on top of one half and sandwich both halves together and spread the remaining icing on the top and add chocolates.
