My giant bunny won't touch the rolls, I will have to cram them with treats hehe

Great idea, but I would be careful with these. My guinea pig got a toilet paper roll stuck on her head once and almost died. I would only let animals use these under supervision.

thanks so much for the idea! I am always trying to find toys that my guinea pigs will actually like, I think they'll love this one as they'll do anything for food! LOL Happy

This is AWESOME! I always look for little treats/toys for my rats and with so many, it gets expensive! And sometimes I just don't have any money! This is AWESOME! Thank you so much! Happy

Just too cute and so smart of you to come up with an edible toy for your bunnie rabbit! I like to put boxes that are empty from food, like cake mix boxes, in my Love Bird's cage! You should see her tear them up Shiv! You would just die laughing!!!

It's very rare that that actually happens and that's only if the animal eats a lot of it and I mean a lot. Like say if you were giving your rabbit a big wad of newspaper everyday. It's like with dogs and grapes, a couple aren't going to do anything but if the dog swallows a whole box then they can make then get liver disease- this is very common for dogs on vineyards. Anyway, enough of my ramblings-in other words- it's perfectly fine every once in a while. And just to let you know my local animal shelter(RSPCA)give newspaper to their rabbits on the odd ocassion.

This is really cute. My only concern is the toxic elements in the paper roll. I have 2 Degus. They say that you should only put natural materials in the cage for them to chew on. They can get sick off the glues and such, especially the newspaper ink if they ingest some. Sorry. Don't want to be a bubble burster.Happy
