Step 1Step 1: place rubber band into the end of the "s clip"

Step 2Step 2: pass second rubberband through the first rubberband.

Step 3Step 3: fold to make a double loop

Step 4Step 4: pass next rubberband through the double loop.

Step 5Step 5: Fold again to make another double loop

Step 6: repeat step 3 until you get a length that fits around your wrist.

Step 7Step 7: pass last double loops through "s clip"
