  1. Step 1

    First cut open the 3 bags of glutenous rice four and tip them all in to a very large bowl.Add warm water a little by little and the salt.Keep stiring until it turns into dough.

    Roll into long thick rolls and leave on a plate and cut them into small pieces.

    Then place a piece of chocolate or chocolate chip/button in the center and roll into a ball

  4. Step 4

    Use up all the dough and then put in
    a pot with boiling water in it.The balls should sink to the bottom.Have a bowl of cold water nearby.

    When all the rice balls have rised to the surface of the water get a large spoon and take them out and immedaitely place in the cold water bowl.

  7. Step 7

    While the rice balls are cooling get a grater and grate the sponge cake into thin cake crumbs.Sprinkle over with sugar.

    Use a sieve to empty all the water then roll each ball in the sponge cake crumbs and place on a separate plate and serve to friends and family
    enjoy!
