Grab an empty plastic bottle. I picked this one cause the lower part of the bottle has those dents which adds a nice effect to the cuffs.

Cut the bottle to get the shape of the cuff. Poke a hole in the bottle and then cut. It makes the cutting work easier. Make the cuffs as wide as you want them. you can file the rim or you can grab a lighter or a heat gun and burn it slightly. Be careful while doing this though and do not inhale the fumes. I used a lighter to create an uneven effect

Grab a brush and ceramic paint. You can use glass or enamel paint. Whatever suits us. With your brush, dab the paint across. you can paint the cuff using strokes but if you want to give it texture, dab the paint unto the cuff.

Take your black permanent marker and start designing! you can with hearts flowers,unicorn poop, clouds,skulls etc.

The red and the black cuff is made out of the remainder of the bottle. I used black and red paint and let it drip all over to get that effect. I painted it from the inside though, unlike the first one which was painted from the outside.
