Rainbow Cupcakes!

This was quite a fiddly project but I loved it so much and they look so great I'll definately do this again.

I wouldn't be as concerned with the layers as I was if I did it again, because by the end I was sick of doing it really and I got a lot sloppier and they still look brilliant.

I made a thick buttercream icing and spooned it up into peaks and then called the cupcakes : "cloudy with a chance of rainbows!"
