Pimp Your Tie

A boring tie went crazy...

I just find a nice book with stencils.. so i bought some textile paint and started to pimp a tie.. :p

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Put the stencil with paperclips to the tie. Put a hard board under the tie for protection. I didn't put the whole stencil on the tie... I wanted half of the drawing.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Stamp with textile paint the stencil on the tie. Watch out, this isn't that simple.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Take the template off gently. Heat the iron.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Put parchment paper/ ironing paper on the painted drawing.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Good ironing ...

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    Then try to convince your man or boyfriend (or yourself) to wear it. :-)
