1. 

   

   First, make a duct tape wallet. There's tons of other tutorials for them out there, so I'm not going to go over how to do that.

2. 

   

   I used (six colors of) electric tape for the pac man figures, because they don't have the grid indents that duct tape has, but I'm sure duct tape would work too. Just draw the shape you want directly onto the tape, then cut it out and stick onto your wallet. I made the actual pac man out of paper and just double-stick-taped it down because I have thin electric tape so it was hard to piece a pac man together out of multiple pieces.




3. 

   Put clear packaging tape all over, making sure not to seal up any of your pockets! This will keep any tape corners from peeling away. An added advantage is that if you live in a hot area, like I do, it helps to prevent the duct tape adhesive from getting sticky and messing up your purse or pockets.
