Well i work at a hospital so it's very hygienic but just in case i try to hit the restrooms around 7am after their cleaned in the morning and only take seat covers from packages i open myself so i know they're new and clean. Rice paper's nice but this tutorial is for those looking to not have to buy anything.
Rice paper is cheap and in my opinion more hygienic than a toilet seat cover stolen from a dirty public restroom. Unless you can figure out a way to get a sterile box or toilet paper covers.
The trouble is finding a way to smuggle the seat covers out of restrooms without looking like... well, like you're smuggling seat covers great tutorial, though! I have heard of using seat covers as a blotter, but didn't think of putting them in a business card holder. Great idea!
