I will admit this design is not mine, I saw a purse similar to this one (the bow detail) that was made from reclaimed old leather and since I hadn´t the money to buy one and am a crafty person with some old leather coats in the house I decided to give it a try. It has tricky, I didn´t even manage to do the lining inside and because I dind´t have a special leather needle I broke about 5 of the normal ones. But I am in love with it, it was worth the effort.
