great, tasty, basic chocolate brownies!
very easy. i wanted brownies and found this recipe in an old Hershey cookbook my mom gave me^^
its very easy and tasty, and everyone with any arm muscles can make it! even me! and i barely have any arm muscles!(really i don't). this makes 36 small brownies. if you cut it so that it makes 36 squares, that is. i made 18 brownies with nuts and 18 without nuts, i used 2 small pans.
everything is in cups and degrees F(farenheidt), but if you would like me to post the recipe with the approximate measurements in grams and degrees celsius it is absolutely no problem at all, since i have that recipe here too.
you can replace the flour and baking powder with that flour-stuf that already has something like baking powder in it. (i dunno what its called)
again, the time is mostly baking and stuff. and even if you are extremely bad at making batter, you will finish this project in wayyyyy less then 50 minutes. really.
oh, and also: this recipe comes from " easy baking hershey's cocoa" its a cookbook. the recipe is hershey's best brownies, on page 21.

hi sarah,
one cup butter is one cup, 250 mL, of butter. in america, 2 sticks of butter equal one cup of butter. one stick of butter is 113 grams, so one cup of butter is rougly 225 grams of butter. hope that helps (:
