get your clay and roll 2 equal balls.

Flatten out the ball.

cut out triangular mouth shapes, with your x-acto knife.

make tiny little balls for the eyes.

bake em, and paint if you need to.

when they are dry/cooled down.
get some mod podge and place the studs on the back.

let them dry, and they should be ready to wear;
