  • Completed Project: Monogram Necklace Picture #1

A good use for scraps of fabric

I had some left over fabric and felt the need to make a personalized necklace for myself. :)

  1. Step 1

I started out by embroidering my inital on a solid piece of fabric, in the case I used Black, so I used White thred.

  2. Step 2

I sewed the black onto the patterned fabric

  3. Step 3

and turned that inside out and sewed a back piece of fabric and stuffed it with scraps so it didn't look all limp

  4. Step 4

I sealed the end with some mod podge, optional, just so it wouldn't strangely fall apart

  5. Step 5

I stuck a hoop in the top and ran a chain through it. Waa laa!
