these are the first project I started up for my mom's birthday - almost didn't make it in time, but I think they turned out pretty good!

I took the idea from those snap shoes whose tops you can change out.
I found some wedge shoes I liked and took the top apart and stuck some snaps on the sides (much easier said than done, but that's the simplest way to explain it!) and came up with some straps. the straps are my own idea. I like to have something to go around my ankle - I'm kinda clumsy in high heels :P and I think it makes them cuter. maybe the company who makes them will catch on and start making some like them, too!
