I made this bread after finding a mini bottle of Malibu laying around.
Followed the recipe except for these changes:
3/4 cup sugar (instead of 1 cup sugar)
1/3 cup butter (instead of 1/4 cup butter)
pina colada yogurt (instead of plain yogurt)
Malibu rum (instead of dark rum)
Super moist banana bread, (don't even need butter to eat it!) that's non dairy and egg free!
