hmm ive been wanting to make a tutu ambrosialover didnt really explain how to make a tutu more or less poofy.. yours is gorgeously poofy how wide were the strips you used?

I varied the widths. They range from 1" to 3". The lengths are also varying. I think the key is layering over the first row of tulle knotted over the waist band. I tied the tulle around ribbon though and then attached it to a waist band.
