Use this as a template and cut two pieces for the face from towelling.
Sew and stuff firmly.

Make a bow, I used red satin, and a little stuffing.
Cut features out of felt and sew in place. TIP Cut out features on template and use this to ensure correct positioning.
Embroider whiskers.
