Assemble materials and set up project in open air area

Stack cans on top of each other like so and tape. After you paint it the tape can be visable but no worries just be smoother than me or the the head bands with cover it up anyway.

Then spray paint the color of your choice. Let dry.

I choose to mod podge on large white polka dots but thats just me. Let the podge dry and your done with a slim and pretty place for your headgear.
