Gingerbread Pimps + Hoes

Blinging gingerbread pimps + hoes.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Place the butter in a large bowl and cream it with a spoon. Add the sugar and cream in.

  2. Step 2

    Beat an egg and mix in the golden syrup.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda. Sift this mixture in to the wet mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Add the cinnamon and ginger and mix together. If you want to add a little bit more zing to the cookies grate in some pure ginger.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Flour a surface and roll the mixture in to a nice thick dough.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    Roll the dough out using a rolling pin. Cut out little gingerbread boys and girls using cookie cutters.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

    Lay them out on to a greases baking tray and cook in an oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

    Decorate them using glace icing and anything else you like. Post photos of how yours turn out.

those are great! i`ve made it for my friend's birthday and she loved as well. and it's a really simple recipe!
instead of pimps and hoes, i made stars and instead of glace i used melted chocolate. wonderful, wonderful!
