First :

You will need some sort of netting .

I used an old pair of knee lenght fishnet stocking that ripped .

& a glass bottle or any bottle that is heavy and can hold weight .

I used an empty liquor bottle .

Use the fishnet to cover the bottle .

You can use ribbons to tie the parts where it needs to be tightened or use pins , to suit the shape of the bottle

& your done! Start hanging your earrings :D
