  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Trace the size of a glass or cup on the brown felt and cut it out.

  2. Step 1

    Step 1

Fold the circle in half. Thread a needle and sew the middle of the half circle. This will create the nudge of the cookie.

  3. Step 2

    Step 2

Fold the circle apart and fold it horizontal.

  4. Step 3

    Step 3

Sew the edges of the cookie but leave a space open at the end.

  5. Step 4

    Step 4

Start stuffing the cookie. You might have to use the back of a pen to get all the stuffing in.

  6. Step 5

    Step 5

Cut out a small strip of white felt. This will be the paper fortune. Put it in the cookie, so that it still sticks out a little.

  7. Step 6

    Step 6

    Finish sewing the cookie closed.

  8. Step 7

    Step 7

You can put whatever you want onto the fortune. I cut out a small red felt heart and glued it onto the fortune. It's also optional to sew eyes and a mouth on.
