One of the many wonderful uses of duct tape ;)
Saw these in a magazine and, since I have rolls and rolls of duct tape I tried making some. Well,now I'm ADDICTED because they're so cute and easy!!!

Cut a 2" strip of duct tape.

Fold the strip in half by bringing the two longer ends together. Now you should have a 1" peice of duct tape, with the colored part on both sides.

Pinch the strip in the middle and fan out the ends. Wrap a small piece of tape around the middle and slide onto a bobby pin, OR.......

Pinch the strip in the middle and fan out the ends. Hold against a hair elastic and wrap a small peice of tape around them both.
