My friend Cleo has been decorating her room and bathroom since she got it, and its amazing, but there was always more room left over. Then I walk into her bathroom and it looks different, and I notice its JUST BECAUSE of her outlet cover! Its a Betty Paige one, and it looks amazing!
So I got an idea to do a bunch of thems with buttons, and splatter paint, fake leaves, cloth, TONS OF STUFF.
But my OTHER friend aleasha did one with just some font and a picture or two, and I figured I already have the materials for that, so I'll do that one first.

So you'll need glue or a paste mixture [I used what little was left in the glue bottle, and filled it a quarter way up with water].
Some tape if you want to make it more shiney and stable.
Scissors
Scraps to decorate it with
and of course, an outlet cover.

It's pretty simple, just plan out a design, cut out the pieces, glue them on, and if you want, put the tape over it.
If you're going to use buttons or beads, may I suggest taping it BEFORE you put them on :D
