First cut the toothpick in half and dip the tip in the glue, now put it in the cotton.

Now u will need the needle and the thread.

Now old one of the tip and pull the needle.

Next, give a node with the two points and then give another one above (leaving a space in the middle to pass the cord) and then cut the tips.

Now pass the cord in that space.

Give a node like the picture shows.

Now put some hairspray in the cotton to fix it. Let it dry. Ready!!
