I had a "Miss Sixty" skirt I adored, but it no longer fit, so I spliced it with a pair of red short trousers. The drawstring top was recycled from the bottom of one of the trouser legs.
I lined it with more of the brown fabric, and padded with wadding.
All the zips and buttons are for decoration only.
