You Will Need

Step 1
Paint clothes pins tops red. And let dry. Them paint bottoms black or white for soldiers or red for Santa and Mrs. Clause.

Step 2
After first coat of paint dries paint on arms/buttons/belts if desired. Let dry.

Step 3
Cut felt into shapes for hat for Santa and dress and hat for Mrs. Clause.
