Want a slice of lemon for that beverage?
I thought this was a good alternative to a wedge of lemon. Now I just have to figure out how to make a felt "glass" to put the drink in!

Cut out your pieces. Two rounds in white, one long skinny "rind", and 12 or so tear drop shapes.

Place the tear drop shapes on the round pieces to create a lemon effect.

Sew down the tear drop lemon sections.

Sew the "rind" to one side of the rounds. Then, making sure the tear drop lemon sections are on the outside, sew the other round to the "rind".
Leave a space to stuff!

Stuff your lemon slice and sew shut. Voila you have a slice of lemon... or any other citrus fruit you choose.
