I think you can use an old Ring or the Ring with the base which you can buy in craft stores. Then you just have to glue your flower on it. ;)

Hey there..Thank you all for the nice comments.. I´ve found some little collection of (free)chrochet flower Pattern in the internet.. Maybe someone can use it. There are also some patterns for the kind of flowers I used for my necklace and some leafs..

I have some flowers like that (I love crocheting with the tiny threads) and have been at a loss as to what to use them for. Yay a new project.
